SCC'-cleavage
DEFINITION
- Fabric consisting of C'-type shear bands (curved and anastomosing, and inclined in the shearing direction) and C-planes (parallel to the shear zone boundary). Commonly developed in strongly foliated and mica-rich mylonites (modified from Passchier & Trouw, 1996).
