Trust Fund Administrative Agreement  
DEFINITION
  • Trust Fund Administration Agreement, between the Bank and the trust fund donor for a specific trust fund, sets out the terms and conditions under which funds are made available. The Agreement specifies responsibilities with respect to the trust fund, and provides that trust funds will be used for the purposes specified and intended.
